Refunds and cancellations

This page gathers what the Terms of Service and each offer already say about charging and cancelling. If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms govern.

Subscriptions (the Firm plan, the watch)

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for (Terms §6). The watch's first thirty days and first statement are free; a card is added only if you want it to continue, and if you don't, it stops and the statement is yours.

A backflow test requested at /book

Your card is authorised when you request the test and charged only once a certified tester has confirmed in writing. If no tester can be confirmed within two business days, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

Filing a report by email

Nothing is ever charged for a report you did not approve. A report is charged (after the first five, or as a rush) at the moment you approve it.

The deadline register

The register is paid by a card link when it is delivered. If it isn't worth it, keep it and don't pay.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like (Terms §10).
