- “within 30 days of such test, the Owner of the Premises or Person being provided with the Service must deliver to the General Manager a report prepared by the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester-Certified, in a form acceptable to the General Manager, describing the condition of the Backflow Prevention Assembly.”
