Things we would want to know
Never a free month. The free things are the first output — the audit and your first filed report — so you see the real thing before you pay for it.
Nothing is charged for work that did not happen. A booking with no confirmed tester is released within two business days; a filing you did not approve is never sent and never billed.
Nothing renews by surprise. The watch is one year, paid once, and does not renew by itself. A monthly plan can be cancelled any month: no contract, no notice period, no call. Refunds.
Every answer in writing from Ethan, usually the same day.

- BackflowFiled is built and run by Ethan Kerr, a sole proprietor at 425 Simcoe Street, Victoria, BC V8V 4T3, Canada. Everything is in writing, and a person answers help@backflowfiled.com.
- What happens after you pay
- It depends on what you bought, and each is charged only for work that happened. A test request, where a partner tester is on file: your card is authorised, charged only when the tester confirms, and released within two business days if none does. A filing or a rush: charged only when you approve the filled form. The watch: yearly by card for 1 to 9 buildings; Portfolio, the first statement is free, then yearly or monthly by card, or it stops. The records sheet: paid by card once it is in your hands. Rebooking: charged only when a client books through your link. You get a receipt by email for every charge.
