- Within 5 days of the test; within 2 business days if the device failed and was not repaired at once
- “A Customer must provide the Director, Water Services, in the manner required by the Director, with a copy of any test report resulting from a test conducted on the Customer's Cross Connection Control Device: (a) within 5 days of the test where the Approved Tester discovered that the Cross Connection Control Device is in good working order”
