- The deadline
- Within 35 days of the notice to test
- “…has been submitted and received by the Cross Connection Control Officer for review within thirty-five (35) calendar days following the date of the notice to test.”

- If it is late
- A contravention carries a minimum fine of $2,000; a report not filed is a $250 ticket and a test that never happened is $1,000. (CRD Bylaw 3516 s.29.1; Bylaw 1857, Schedule 36)
