Filing a backflow test report to the Capital Regional District

Send it to ccc@crd.bc.ca. Annually, and the report is due within 35 days of the notice to test.

Worth knowing

A passing test files by email; a FAILED device must go through the CRD CCC Portal within 14 days (s.7.3). The two routes are different and the deadline is shorter for a failure.
