Filing a backflow test report to the City of Delta

Where it goes

Reports must be submitted through BSI Online. Paper is explicitly refused.

How often, and by when

Annually, or immediately after alteration. Not stated in the bylaw — confirm with the authority. We would rather tell you we did not find one than invent a number you might plan around.

Worth knowing

The City’s own PDF form is out of date and still says to email Engineering. The live page overrides it — where a form and a page disagree, the page wins.

Can we file it for you?

No. Delta mandates BSI Online, so we cannot file here on your behalf.
