Filing a backflow test report to the City of Merritt

Merritt publishes no intake address anywhere. Once in every 12 months, and the report is due within 30 days.

The bylaw requires a report. No form, portal or address is published; the City’s own site search returns nothing for “backflow”.

Merritt publishes no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address. The duty to file exists; the destination does not. If you have been told where to send it, we would like to know — see below.
