Annually. Not stated in the bylaw — confirm with the authority. We would rather tell you we did not find one than invent a number you might plan around.

Worth knowing

OUR OWN RECORDS DISAGREE ABOUT NANAIMO. One screen read the bylaw and the Manual of Engineering Standards and concluded that neither the City’s online form nor FAST is mandatory, so email is a valid route. A later list placed Nanaimo among the authorities requiring a vendor. We are not going to guess which is right on a page about legal deadlines. One line from the Cross Connection Control Coordinator would settle it, and nobody has asked yet. Nanaimo also publishes a 16-company voluntary tester list.
