Filing a backflow test report to the City of Prince George

The address is printed on Prince George's own form. Annually, and the report is due within 30 days of the test.

THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE CITY’S LIVE 2025 FORM APPEARS TO CONTAIN A TYPO — a colon where a dot belongs — checked against the printed artwork rather than the text layer. We are not reproducing it, because a legal filing sent to an address that cannot resolve simply vanishes. Confirm the address with the City, or use the postal route. We have reported it to them.
