Filing a backflow test report to the District of Squamish

Where it goes

“Test Reports should be submitted yearly using the FAST application.” The bylaw prescribes no method and the District publishes no form.

Squamish publishes no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address. The duty to file exists; the destination does not. If you have been told where to send it, we would like to know — see below.

How often, and by when

Annually. Not stated in the bylaw — confirm with the authority. We would rather tell you we did not find one than invent a number you might plan around.

Worth knowing

“Should” is not “only”. A District tester bulletin, or one line from Operations, would settle whether direct submission is accepted.
