Filing a backflow test report to the City of Terrace

Terrace publishes no intake address anywhere. Annually, and the report is due by 1 march each year.

A FIXED CALENDAR DATE, not an anniversary: every device in Terrace is due by 1 March regardless of when it was last tested.
