UBC’s own form, revised August 2025, gives mail, email and fax and never mentions FAST. An older UEL sheet routes existing devices to FAST.

Annually. Not stated in the bylaw — confirm with the authority. We would rather tell you we did not find one than invent a number you might plan around.

Worth knowing

The wording is “enter online by registering”, with no “must” and no “only”. The programme page that would settle it died with energy.ubc.ca and was never migrated.
