The notice date is the one thing that changes the answer. The 35-day clock runs from the date of your notice to test, not from the test — so with it, the audit shows the days remaining on every building. Without it we can state the rule but not your position. Add it as a last column where you have it; where you do not, the audit says so rather than guessing.

Paste straight out of your spreadsheet — the formatting does not have to be tidy and the columns can be in any order. A building name in front of the address is fine, and a building with no date still gets a row. Any row we cannot read is printed in the audit with the reason — nothing is silently dropped.

What it can tell you, and what it cannot

The honest limits are on the document itself, because an audit you can check is worth more than one you have to trust:

We can tell you which water authority each building files to, what the bylaw requires of you as owner with the section numbers, the reporting deadline, and — where you give us a notice date — how many days are left on it.
We cannot tell you the hazard class. Bylaw 3516 s.3.2 gives that to the CRD's Cross Connection Control Officer, following an inspection, in writing to you. It is on your notice to test. No address reveals it, to us or to anyone.
We cannot tell you how many devices are installed at a property, or whether any is testable. Only a site visit by a Certified Tester establishes that.
