We file it with City of Nanaimo on its own form. The first one is free, then C$7 a report you approve.

- Email the completed report to CCCP@nanaimo.ca. FAST is accepted and so is an ordinary report — the City takes them “either way”. The City also offers its own online form.

- Each day a missed test continues is a separate offence, and the bylaw notice for failing to test is $200. (Bylaw 7249 s.12.2; Bylaw 7159, Schedule A)
