Q: When is a backflow test report due in Kamloops?

Within 30 days of the test. Bylaw: "all related Test Reports must: (vi) be submitted to the Utility Services Manager together with the fee specified in Schedule “A” within Thirty (30) calendar days of the test date or as otherwise directed by the Utility Services Manager" (Cross Connection Control Bylaw No. 12-71, 2022, s.4.6(a)(vi)). Within 30 days of the test. That is the City of Kamloops's rule, quoted below from its own bylaw. Put in your building and your date, and you get the day it is due.

Worth knowing: $10 per report, plus a data-entry fee on email or paper filings since 1 July 2025. A report received 30 or more days late may be rejected, which voids the test (s.4.7(g)).
