Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen backflow test deadline
Within 30 days of the test. That is the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen's rule, quoted below from its own bylaw. Put in your building and your date, and you get the day it is due.

“The Customer or Backflow Assembly Tester shall ensure that the completed Backflow Assembly Test Report is submitted to the Regional District or its Authorized Personnel within thirty (30) days of the test date”

Worth knowing: Reports go to MTS Inc. (reception@mtsinc.ca), the Regional District's agent, or through FAST. Seasonal irrigation reports are due 14 days after turn-on (s.8.1(f)).
What happens next
