What it doesn't do, and we do
- Remind last year's clients, one by one, when their test comes due, from your firm's name, with replies going to you.
- Give each client a page to book you, and send you the booking with the address and the assembly.
- Send a second reminder a week later to anyone who hasn't booked, and win back clients who lapsed.
How they fit together
Export your client list from BackflowGo (or send a photo of your book), and we take it from there. You see three reminders written in your firm's name before any client does, and nothing is charged until a client books through your link. Keep filing in BackflowGo as you do now.
