Worth knowing: The City's web page states no deadline; the 15 days are on its form. Waterworks Bylaw 7631 sets no testing or reporting rule. The City's Plumbing Permits page, read 26 Sep 2026: “A $30.00 fee will be required to file a City of New Westminster test report with BSI.” Search-engine snippets of the same page still show an older $25.00.
