Where it goes
Existing assemblies must be reported online through BSI Online, for $30 a report.
How often, and by when
Annually, and after installation. The report is due within 15 days of the test, as the City's form instructs.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
Worth knowing
The City's web page states no deadline; the 15 days are on its form. Waterworks Bylaw 7631 sets no testing or reporting rule. The City's Plumbing Permits page, read 26 Sep 2026: “A $30.00 fee will be required to file a City of New Westminster test report with BSI.” Search-engine snippets of the same page still show an older $25.00.
