Salmon Arm backflow test deadline
Within 30 days of the test date, per the City's Cross Connection Control Policy — the bylaw sets none for the annual report. That is the City of Salmon Arm's rule, quoted below from its own written policy. Put in your building and your date, and you get the day it is due.

“The test result must be submitted, within thirty (30) days of the test date, to the office of the Cross Connection Control Program Coordinator or Authorized Agent.”

Worth knowing: Submitting IS the attestation — the form carries no signature line. The City also reserves the right to stop recognising a tester who repeatedly files forms with errors or omissions.
What happens next
- Check your date above. The answer appears on this page straight away: the day your report is due, or which date we still need.

- A certified tester tests every device on the notice, annually.
