UBC backflow test deadline
Within 30 days, as the form instructs — the form does not say from when. That is the University of British Columbia's rule, quoted below from its own test report form. Put in your building and your date, and you get the day it is due.

What happens next
- Check your date above. The answer appears on this page straight away: the day your report is due, or which date we still need.
