Peel Region backflow test deadline
Within 14 days of the test, per the Region's web page and form — the by-law's own wording says "after installation". That is Region of Peel's rule (Ontario), quoted below from its own documents. We do not file there; this is the rule, so you can date your buildings against it.

Where it goes: The Region runs backflow prevention for Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon. Its pages give an address for questions (backflowprevention@peelregion.ca) but not where test reports go.
How often: On installation and annually, within 14 days of the installation anniversary.
Worth knowing: Three sources, one number: the web page says 14 days of the test date, the form says 14 days of test or installation, and By-law 10-2017 s.13(b) literally says 14 days after installation, though it applies to each test. A missing report (s.13) is a $250 set fine.
What happens next
- Have each device tested by a tester certified where the building is, on installation and annually, within 14 days of the installation anniversary.
- Get the report to Region of Peel inside the window — no intake route is published. Keep the confirmation.
