The Comox Valley Regional District publishes no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address. The duty to file exists; the destination does not. If you have been told where to send it, we would like to know — see below.
How often, and by when
None stated. Not stated in the bylaw — confirm with the authority. We would rather tell you we did not find one than invent a number you might plan around.
Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
