How often, and by when
At installation, annually, and on repair, overhaul, relocation or cleaning. The report is due within 48 hours (2 days) of the test.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.

The shortest window in BC we have read. The bylaw refers to a separate Cross Connection Control Bylaw 93-24, which is not in the City's online directory.
Can we file it for you?
No. Penticton takes reports through BSI Online, so we cannot file there on your behalf.
