Where it goes
Registered devices are reported online through BSI Online; the City no longer accepts paper test forms for them.
How often, and by when
At least once every 12 months (premise isolation devices). The report is due within 30 days of the test, per the City's web page — the bylaw sets 30 days only from installation, repair or relocation.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
Can we file it for you?
No. Port Moody requires BSI Online for registered devices, so we cannot file there on your behalf.
