Where it goes
The bylaw requires a copy of the test report to reach the Regional District; no intake address or form was found.
The Sunshine Coast Regional District publishes no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address. The duty to file exists; the destination does not. If you have been told where to send it, we would like to know — see below.
How often, and by when
Once in each 12-month period, and before each irrigation season for agricultural systems. The report is due within 30 days of the test.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
Worth knowing
The Regional District supplies water to Sechelt and to the coast from Langdale to Earl's Cove, so Sechelt properties fall under this bylaw.
