Where it goes
Reports go in through FAST, with a $10 administration fee for each passed report submitted in Whistler; failed reports are free.
How often, and by when
On installation, repair, replacement or relocation, and at least once every 12 months. The report is due within 30 days of the test.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.

Testers need an RMOW test tag on each device, issued at Municipal Hall.
Can we file it for you?
No. Whistler takes reports through FAST, so we cannot file there on your behalf.
