Backflow reports: portal or email, authority by authority

Which BC authorities take a backflow test report by email, which require a vendor portal, and which publish no route at all.

How a report reaches the authority decides who can file it. Of the BC authorities we have screened, 15 take a report by email, 10 require a vendor portal, 8 take paper or a route printed only on their own form, and 37 publish no route we could read.
